Refund Policy

Under certain conditions, refunds can be made for pre-booked arrangements according to the following criteria; 

• All deposits are non-refundable
• Course fees cannot be refunded if the course is not completed
• If any booked arrangements (diving courses, dive packages, etc.) cannot be completed due to medical circumstances (as confirmed by a physician) a partial refund may be applicable (at the discretion of Coral Bay Divers)
• Booked arrangements will be fully refunded if Coral Bay Divers cannot fulfil the booking due to bad sea or weather conditions, technical problems or any other circumstances the participant has no influence over or if the booked services cannot be provided for any reason by Coral Bay Divers or its associates
• Any booked Day Trips (Zenobia Wreck, Jubilee Shoals, Latchi, Limassol Wrecks, etc.) cancelled within 24 hours of the trip will not be refunded
• A Cancellation Fee of €45.00 will be charged for any Day Trip (Zenobia Wreck, Jubilee Shoals, Latchi, Limassol Wrecks, etc.) if any trip is cancelled with more than 24 hrs to go to the trip – any remaining deposit will be returned
